SUS630/ X5CrNiCuNb17-4

SUS630 stainless steel is under the type of Martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel. The stainless steel's intensity can be adjusted by changing heat treatment and it has better corrosion resistance than Cr13, 95Cr18 and 14Cr17Ni2 steel and better corrosion fatigue resistance and water erosion resistance than Cr13 steel; the welding processing of SUS630 or X5CrNiCuNb17-4 is very convenient and it is easily processed and manufactured, but it is hard to have deep cold forming.

Martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steels have a predominantly austenitic structure at annealing temperatures of around 1040 to 1065°C. They can change from austenite to martensitic stainless steel after being cooled to room temperature.
